We are so excited to announce that, we here at Excel Fostering, recently celebrated a change in location. We have now moved into a bright new Blackpool office, ushering in a new era in our organisations ten-year history.

With the need for new foster carers ever increasing across the UK, we are looking forward to our new location building closer relationships with the local community.  With it’s bright and inviting façade, we hope that it will encourage those passing by to drop in for a chat where the team will be happy to answer any and all fostering questions.

Excel Director, Debbie Tomlinson commented,

“We are a friendly team, it really does feel like a family here. More than anything what we want is to start conversations around fostering, no questions are off the table. It’s an important issue that should be on people’s minds, but we want to broach this in a positive way.”

We celebrated on the day with a welcoming open day, inviting members of the local authority as well as existing foster carers. A good day was had by all and we feel positive about growing our team of outstanding fostering families.

Acting Registered Manager, Emma Egan, was super delighted with how the day turned out. “The team have been really excited about this new opportunity, our new office has such a homely feel, and we are excited to welcome our fostering families to the building. We wish for our new location to also bring interest into the role of a fostering agency and spread the word about the need for foster carers across the county.”

Moving day was a hopeful reflection of our mantra, ‘Making Tomorrow a Brighter Day’.
